After my diagnosis, my diet changed a lot. I had to reduce my salt intake, also reduce processed foods and eating out often. I try eating more vegetables and fruits, also I'm very cautious of my water and fluid intake to avoid water retention in my body. I eat a lot of garlic and it helps add more flavour to my meal despite the low salt content in them.
The major problem I have with my diet is fatigue, I'm mostly really tired to prepare meals for myself, or go shopping for food products. So i'm forced sometimes to eat already made or packaged meals.
